We\u2019re looking for a self-starter with a range of technical skills to lead the research and implementation of appropriate ML algorithms and tools as our AI\/ML Engineer. You will be working on building products from the ground up.\u00a0You will have a leading voice in many areas of technology selection, the opportunity to prototype and explore new ideas, and the opportunity to design agile solutions.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Be an early engineer on a new team that supports and empowers the Data and ML spaces within the organisation<\/li>\n
  • Utilise your knowledge and experience with different AI approaches and techniques to determine the best approach for different problem sets.<\/li>\n
  • Scope & develop proof-of-concept prototypes to validate hypotheses and assumptions<\/li>\n
  • Research relevant methods and keep up-to-date with advancements in the field.<\/li>\n
  • Support other team members in their data science work and provide constructive feedback.<\/li>\n
  • Be an active participant to the systems designs,\u00a0technical vitality and review stages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Min. Bachelors Degree (MSc preferred) in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or a related quantitative field complemented.<\/li>\n
    • 2+ years of working experience required<\/li>\n
    • Strong technical advocate with a background in Java, C++, MATLAB, R, or Scala, and Python.<\/li>\n
    • Experience with one or more DL software frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, Theano<\/li>\n
    • Experience with a number of ML techniques and frameworks, e.g. data discretization, normalization, sampling, linear regression, decision trees, deep neural networks, etc<\/li>\n
    • Experience with conversational patterns, such as disambiguation, digressions, slot filling and question answering<\/li>\n
