{"id":1922,"date":"2022-01-07T04:38:27","date_gmt":"2022-01-07T04:38:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seolabgroup.com\/ca\/?p=1922"},"modified":"2022-01-07T04:38:27","modified_gmt":"2022-01-07T04:38:27","slug":"director-business-development","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seolabgroup.com\/ca\/director-business-development\/","title":{"rendered":"Director Business Development"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise, manage and mentor our team of strategists and analysts to ensure our strategic excellence is maintained across all clients and projects<\/li>\n<li>Locate and secure new profitable business opportunities and accelerate the expansion of our client portfolio globally.<\/li>\n<li>Envision, formulate, and own a convincing digital transformation strategy and roadmap<\/li>\n<li>Execute with diligence and accuracy the inflow of B2C\/B2B sales prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate good negotiating skills by acquiring profitable business deals.<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic business direction and technical vision.<\/li>\n<li>Lead both internal and client meetings, workshops and presentations<\/li>\n<li>Provide updates on sales forecast, market analysis &amp; report on target achievements to CEO\/COO<\/li>\n<li>Provide clear, constructive and actionable feedback to teams<\/li>\n<li>Effectively monitor market trends and identify revenue opportunities in the region.<\/li>\n<li>Provide an unbiased and informed point of view for how to overcome brand challenges and capture opportunities for growth that may exist.<\/li>\n<li>Constantly operate with a customer-centric mindset and with the ability to analyse the important components of customer engagement that could help drive business solutions and improve customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong knowledge of emerging external trends in digital technology solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Work with others as a thought leader and subject- matter expert to help brainstorm new processes and solutions that would build and enhance key internal and external contacts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience in the relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>Min Degree in Business Management or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Excellent PowerPoint\/Keynote skills with the ability to present to audiences in one-on-one or in large group settings.<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial acumen\/awareness of brand development.<\/li>\n<li>Extremely professional &amp; has in-depth knowledge in executing the entire sales cycle<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Motivated self-starter and thrives working in a lean, fast paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing teams in a digital media\/marketing agency.<\/li>\n<li>Driven and motivated by targets and results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities Supervise, manage and mentor our team of strategists and analysts to ensure our strategic excellence is maintained across all clients and projects Locate and secure new profitable business opportunities and accelerate the expansion of our client portfolio globally.
